How do I wear this?
1. Loosen and unvelcro all the adjustable straps.
2. Stand up straight and get in your best posture(standing against a wall helps).
3. With your best posture put the brace on and Velcro/tighten any straps so that the brace has a small amount of tension/tightness against your body.

Can I wear this while working out?
It depends on the exercise/routine that you have. This is helpful for light movements but this might
not be comfortable enough to be worn during an excessive workout.

Yes! Our Complete Back Care Brace is very easy to wear.
How many hours a day should I wear it to notice the change?
We recommend that you wear our Complete Back Care Brace for 30-40 minutes per day for the first few days.
If you can handle it/get used to it you can wear it as long as you need it.

How long would it take before I will notice some changes in my posture?
Some customers notice the change as early as two weeks. The more you use it the better your posture will be.
Are you supposed to wear this on your bare-back? Can you wear a shirt underneath?
