Can this fit my teenager kid?
1. Loosen and unvelcro all the adjustable straps.
2. Stand up straight and get in your best posture(standing against a wall helps).
3. With your best posture put the brace on and Velcro/tighten any straps so that the brace has a small amount of tension/tightness against your body.
How long should I wear this?
You can achieve optimal results by wearing our Adjustable Clavicle and Shoulder Brace for 10 to 30 minutes daily, or even longer.
Does this include one for men and one for women like the photo?
No, there is one Upper Back Posture Corrector which can be used for both men and women.
Can this help ease my back pain?
Our Upper Back Posture Corrector is developed to help correct your posture. Some customers experience lesser back pain as their posture improves.
How long would it take before I will notice some changes in my posture?
Some customers notice the change as early as two weeks. The purpose of the brace is to train your muscles so that they stay in the proper posture. The more you use it the better your posture will be.
Will the corrector slip when I play basketball?
