When can I get the Tracking Number?
Tracking Number usually takes 1-3 business days to be generated. Please take note to allow 2 to 5 business days to update your tracking information. If you don't receive tracking number within 5 business days, kindly send us an email. If the tracking status is "not available" within 3 to 5 business days from the time you have received your tracking number, please send us an email too.
How long does the shipping/delivery take?
The processing time for orders is 1-3 business days. Once the courier is already done loading your package on the plane, delivery time within the United States, Canada, United Kingdom is 2-8 business days after processing. Expedited shipping to all countries is available. Please also take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances like customs delays that we are not able to control on our end and there are also some delays if there is an upcoming holiday season. We have had shipping times to the USA be as low as 4 days. ***If you have not received your item after 21 days please reach out to us and we will help you come to a resolution.***
